Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
